Privacy
Dolls House Designer values the privacy of its customers.
If you choose to buy from us, certain information will be held with us with your order, such as name, address, we do not keep credit card details after a transaction has been completed.
1. When you make an order certain information is required for processing that order. We will only use that information for the purpose of processing that order and for no other reason whatsoever.
2. Dolls House Designer will not divulge any information about its customers to any third party.

Returns
If you require a refund due to an item being damaged please contact us first to see if we can resolve the problem and for a return address.
Goods should be returned in their original packaging, where possible.
A refund will only be given if an item is damaged, once we have received the item and it has been checked for damage we will issue a full refund.
It is our policy to refund monies within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods, however this will, in any case, be no later than 30 days from the date of cancellation.
Refunds can only be given on items received by us. We therefore suggest a form of recorded postage is used when returning items to Dolls' House Designer.
Please note that these rules do not apply in cases where customers have ordered goods either to their own specifications or where the goods have been personalised in any way.

Delivery
Our aim is to dispatch your goods to you on the within two days that we receive your order.
We Order all houses direct from the manufacturer and the items are dispatched straight to your home address- however, if an item is out of stock on your order you will be informed by e-mail or phone and given two options:
1. to place the item on "back order"
2. to change your order accordingly.
Please remember postage is FREE on houses only to all UK mainland addresses and we can arrange delivery to Europe at an added cost depending on Location and weight of the item ordered.
Postage and Packing costs on smaller items like furniture and accessories is charged at what it actually costs to dispatch.
